Hi Elizabeth,

I wander if you would help me understand my NN Cap. I have it in 2nd house and both NN Cap/SN Cancer square my 11th house Libra Sun and Pluto, while my Saturn which is conjunct my SN Cancer in 8th house also makes wide square to my Libra moon too.

Hi, I'm have my Sun and i.C. in Capricorn in the 4.th house and I recognize myself very much in what you have written. I wonder if there are previous life-experiences to be found in all the 'opposite houses'?
My Saturn is in direct opposition to my Sun, and they are both in square with my Chiron in 7.hs Aries as well as Uranus 2.hs Scorpio(My NN placement). For the moment I struggle with the issues you write about: the transition between being 'immersed in [my] emotional life'and 'setting positive and reachable goals', being the author of my life. I yearn to express myself creativly, but often get scared by my shadows when I try. As you say I feel 'blocked' and are scared of the emotions that might surface.
I also find it true for me what Neith says about learning to become my own “parent”. Becoming responsible for my life and putting my best foot forward is a real challenge to me.

Sorry to be so late to respond...I've been away. Anyway, we all--always--still have South Node issues to continue to work out, but the North Node gives us good "Medicine" to use to help us if we are open to it. Keep using your North Node Medicine and you'll keep your Moon happy too...elizabeth

I've a Cap NN in the 2nd house that's conjunct Moon (ruler of the SN). I wonder if it means I still have SN issues to work out ... ?

I'd also like to add to Neith's observations of looking at the ruler of the North Node, to also look at the ruler of the South Node and how it's aspected. I know we start to get complicated here, but looking at any squares to the Nodes, as well as aspects to their rulers, will give you a whole deeper level of understanding of what unfinished business or skipped steps remain....I'll talk about this more in an upcoming post....thanks for tuning in! ~ elizabeth

Really is pretty dead-on for me. I have had to work hard at learning self-control/self-care, and integrity is following, though I have wandered outside it's boundaries in relationships to my great detriment. Now, I am learning from that too.

Lots! of familial karma to work out...

I am very much an amateur in reading charts, aspects, etc.; but I have Saturn semi-square my North Node...don't know how that might affect decisions, perceptions, understanding, and other issues Neith touched on...
