There is a yearning in you for the adrenaline rush of new beginnings, and you excel at seeing fresh possibilities and new ideas. Give yourself permission not to have to follow through on every last detail. And, if you try to be overly accommodating and to try to make peace at any cost, you may lose your focus or energy. Like in the old fairytale, you are meant to be the one to tell the Emperor he has no clothes on, and there’s no social niceties on that one.
Aries North Node understands the paradoxical nature of people and life, and has a keen intelligence that often surprises people. You may not be the long-suffering research scholar, but your ability to see and act outside the box of conventionality is stimulating. As a slayer of dragons and a rescuer of maidens (or lads) you are best when you are not only a thinker, but a doer as well.

Thoughts on the North Node in Aries from Neith
Elizabeth asked me to add my thoughts on the North Node in Aries and just recently I’ve been discussing Libra and the expression of anger. This seems to fit nicely with the topic of the North Node in Aries as those with this Node often have difficulty asserting themselves in a calm, direct manner.
Libra is inclined towards peace at any price, often sacrificing their wants and needs in the process. And it’s been my experience this can lead to a great deal of internalized anger with the potential to shift to resentment – nasty stuff. Aries is usually comfortable with stepping up and asserting themselves and asking for what they want. My Libra self finds this directness refreshing and quite laudable, and over time I’ve learned from my many Aries friends and family members to practice this assertiveness. It works very, very well.
The key for those of us who have Libra or North Node in Aries is to remember this: When we ask for something, we will usually hear one of two answers, “yes” or “no”. If we DON’T ask, we won’t know if the answer would have been “yes”. It seems so simple but often what works is . . . and keep in mind Libra is a Cardinal sign the same as Aries. We have the same need to take action as Aries, Cancer & Capricorn even if we prefer to do so with a modicum of tact.
