Circling aound the Ancient Tower...

Thanks MM, from "Wanting to Be Here" for this beautiful photograph she took in Bath, England. Reminds me of this poem by Rilke:
“I live my life in growing orbits
which move out over the things of the world.
Perhaps I can never achieve the last,
But that will be my attempt.
I am circling around God,
around the ancient tower,
And I have been circling for a thousand years,
And I still don’t know if I am a falcon,
or a storm, or a great song.”

  1. I am delighted you have used the photograph with that beautiful poem by Rilke, Elizabeth. I didn't know the poem previously and I will be printing it out for easy reference. Thank you.

I found your Astrology and the Menopause post extremely helpful. Very glad you've started a blog!

  3. Chrispito~ thanks for your comment, and I hope you stay tuned and give us some feedback as we're going to go into the nodal placements one by one, and would love to hear your input. You have a gutsy honest style of writing in your blog which is deep and refreshing. Love the articles on your site....and a very thoughtful one today on reincarnation and karma....that's a hard one, but for me it does suggest some kind of justice in the world. Yet, there is group karma as well as individual karma, and I suspect that individuals get caught in group karma that sometimes has little to do with them personally. Sigh.....anyway, I'm glad to have such a good thinker as you around here!
